Yesterday, (September, 9th) I talked to Chris Zawadzki, who wrote a short script titled Take Care Your Own, which I worked on in Prof. Goenka’s Directing class last semester. I really wanted to make this short film, which revolves around the aftermath of a hit mans first kill and whether he can live with himself or not afterwards. The only problem was most of the script is set inside the hit mans apartment which I didn’t like, instead I wanted to do most of the filming outside in locations around downtown Syracuse and Tipperary Hill. This is what I talked to Mr. Zawadzki about and after a few minutes he told me I can have full artistic control over his script (since it was on his back burner). So now I’m pumped to move forward since I have the the entire storyline and dialogue written out and just need to rework the setting of a few scenes.<\/p>\n
I’ll bring the original script in tomorrow with a few ideas of what I want to change.<\/p>\n
